Running out of ideas to variate my porridge has never been an issue, but I am nevertheless excited with the wonderful suggestions you have on here.

I tried this oatmeal recipe of your last week (omitting cocoa) and I really enjoyed it. I never had banana in my oatmeal before, but having tried it it sure is gonna stay in there (rather than sliced on it as before). :)Hayleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13407089771727801587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8290668969484059051.post-52062346471273617242014-07-21T09:39:42.455-04:002014-07-21T09:39:42.455-04:00When you consider the individual ingredients of th...When you consider the individual ingredients of this recipe, it's pretty nutritious (despite its decadent taste)! The only sugar comes for a banana, and the cocoa powder adds a negligible amount of calories. Prepared as is, I *think* it's around 500 calories, but there are ways you could manipulate it. You could stick to just one tablespoon of peanut butter, or you could use PB2, banana butter (look up Chocoalte Covered Katie's recipe), or Happy Herbivore's Nutty Spread instead (I make it without the cinnamon and other added flavors).Lauren Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18184968885567111628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8290668969484059051.post-46153208783796320802014-07-20T08:40:47.129-04:002014-07-20T08:40:47.129-04:00Hi I'm a huge fan of your blog it's absolu...Hi I'm a huge fan of your blog it's absolutely amazing! Just in case you're interested....2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 cup apple sauce, 2 cups quick oats, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder.....mix it all together and pour into 8x8 dish, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut into 6 squares. Put square in bowl with a little maple syrup or honey (or peanut butter :)) on top and add a splash of milk. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! blessings~~angelaAngelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02401052769644309532noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8290668969484059051.post-87010693130574536932013-04-21T09:28:17.588-04:002013-04-21T09:28:17.588-04:00Trust me, all three are wonderful!Trust me, all three are wonderful!Lauren Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18184968885567111628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8290668969484059051.post-80752589918690539802013-04-21T00:58:05.286-04:002013-04-21T00:58:05.286-04:00Ooooh La La!
